Accurate Information: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided on their profiles and listings. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Law: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions while using KickConvo.
Account Termination: KickConvo reserves the right to terminate any user account that violates these terms and conditions

3. Transactions

Financial Transactions: KickConvo does not act as a financial intermediary. All financial transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, using their chosen payment methods.
Negotiation and Finalisation: Users are solely responsible for negotiating and finalising the terms of their transactions, including but not limited to payment methods, delivery arrangements, and returns policies.
No Guarantees: KickConvo does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any items listed on the platform. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transactions.

4. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

Not a Party: KickConvo is not a party to any transactions between users and disclaims all liability for any losses or damages arising from such transactions.
Use at Own Risk: Users acknowledge that they use KickConvo at their own risk and are solely responsible for the consequences of their actions.
Information Disclaimer: KickConvo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by users or listed on the platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

Direct Resolution: KickConvo encourages users to resolve any disputes directly with each other. We recommend clear communication and good faith efforts to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
No Mediation or Arbitration: KickConvo does not offer mediation or arbitration services for user disputes. Users are responsible for pursuing any legal remedies available to them.
6. User Verification Disclaimer

Checks not Foolproof: While KickConvo performs user verification checks, these checks are not infallible and do not guarantee the legitimacy of any user. We strongly advise users to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transactions.

7. Termination

KickConvo's Right: KickConvo may terminate any user account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
User's Right: Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the instructions provided on the platform.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
